About Project Area

Vellore is at 12.91°N 79.13°E, 216m above the mean sea level. The city has a semi-arid climate with high temperatures throughout the year and relatively low rainfall. It is in Vellore district of the South Indian state. Vellore lies in the Eastern Ghats region and Palar river basin. The topography is almost plain with slopes from west to east.

Karnampet Panchayat and village situated 15 kms away from the Vellore and its located on the Vellore Chennai Highway road (via Katpadi, Tiruvalam), Agriculture and Farming are the main occupations of the people in this village, Karnampet Panchayat has divided into three parts, Karnampet main, Alwarthangal and Karnampet Colony , in total 690 families do habitat here in this locality.

A Management Professional, Social Activist & Legal Consultant with two decades of rich experience in People Practices & Administration cutting across industries. From his younger days he had a vision to craft an organization which can impact the common man's life. To begin with, he has seeded this NGO with self-sustainable Project models, thereby reducing the dependability for the external resources. By venturing into this initiative, he is also experimenting/learning his social entrepreneurship skills and try to sail thru' the obstacles to establish a successful NGO. The key focus would be on three different avenues for the welfare of the community involving Health, Education and Development. The goal of the organization is to uplift the rural community's lifestyle by giving education and life skills to prosper in their lives. The journey has been initiated with a DOT on a plain white board envisioning a beautiful picture, to complete this, he would like to collaborate and join hands with visionaries and seeks people support from different walks of life to bring out the picture as envisioned.

She also parallely holds the SECRETARY position in running this NGO. She is also a key Project Sponsor for many of the NGO's operating out of India.

Our Results
Baseline survey

In Karnampet Village there are 690 families exists; out of these, 43% (300 families) of population has been surveyed (as on Nov-2018) to identify the community problems and to study the background of the people in the village. This study mainly focused on socio economic status and health care system of the community.
Focus Group Discussion

FGD have been conducted in three areas in Karnampet village with the help of the Women self-help groups, in total 63 women participated. Major problems are identified and solutions are to be identified with the help of the local community and the village Government officials / politicians.
Eye Camp
Being healthy is essential for all human beings for discharging their duties and responsibilities effectively. Based on the Survey done at Karnampet panchayat the trust has initially planned and organized Eye camp in the area collaborating with Rotary Club of Vellore North, Jeyamalli International School, and SIH-R&LC Karigiri Hospital. On 7th March-2019 the Eye camp was conducted, around 100 patients have participated in the Camp from different places in and around Karnampet village and benefited with free cataract surgeries and consultations. After Examination of the patients the medical team referred 36 patients for Cataract Surgery at Karigiri Hospital. On the same day nine patients were taken to the hospital for surgery. And also 14 Government school children were referred for Karigiri Hospital for further treatment to use power Eyeglass.
Mobility Aids Distribution Program
On 24th May-2019, we conducted the" Mobility Aids Distribution Programme" joining hands with Rotary Club Vellore North - distributed aids to five differently-abled persons from Karnampet Village.

On 13th June-2019 under our Comprehensive Child Development Programme (CCDP), three full orphan ( S.Priyanka, S.Lokesh Kumar, A.Keerthana) children's were identified, Education financial support and School stationeries have been distributed at our Trust office. We sincerely thank our sponsors who have come forward to support this noble cause.



Our Trust sponsored children are undergoing Tuition classes in the evenings, thanks to the donors for supporting this noble cause..!!



On 21st August -2019, we have distributed two sets of School uniform for Priyanka & Lokesh through our CCD Program donors, thanks to the donors for supporting this noble cause.
